  • How can I start using Pretopay?

  • When is the payment date?

    If, at the end of the calendar month, your cumulative balance exceeds $100, the payment will be made 15 days after the end of that month, for the amount of the balance in your account. The payment will be made on the 15th and may take between 1 and 3 business days to appear in your account.

  • What is the minimum amount needed to receive a payment?

    When the balance of your cumulative earnings reaches $100. If you don't reach $100 in a particular month, we'll add the earnings to the next month's earnings until you reach that minimum.ย 

    For example, if you make $35 in March and $80 in April, the March balance will be added to the April balance and you will receive payment for both months on March 15th, through the payment method you have indicated.

  • How can I see my previous payments?

    You can see your previous payments from the platform by clicking on the menu when accessing the Dashboard section. You will find a complete list of the amounts paid for each of the months, indicating the net amount to be paid obtained from the commissions of each one of the sales made by Pretopay for your content.

  • How can I change the payment method?

    To change the payment method, go to the Edit Profile menu, in the Billing section you'll have access to all the data related to your billing settings in Pretopay, including the different Payment Methods available on the platform.

    Changes made to the payment method will be effective immediately, but will only be reflected in your next payment if you make the change before the 10th of the month. Changes made after the 9th of the month will be reflected the following month.

    Remember that, if you change your account information after the 9th of the month, we won't be able to make payments until the process is complete, which may cause delays in your payments.
